Simply type the information you'd like to appear on the gift into the personalization fields on the product page. Please double-check all spellings and dates carefully — we engrave exactly what you enter.

Yes — "In Loving Memory" or a similar sentiment is already part of the design. You don't need to enter it yourself.

If you leave all personalization fields blank, we'll remove the standard wording so the item doesn't look incomplete. For wind chimes with no personalization entered, we engrave or print the design on both sides of the sail.

We strongly suggest avoiding special characters (accents, symbols, emoji, etc.). While some of our fonts support them, many do not. Any character that doesn't render properly will be removed from your order.

Absolutely! Here's how:

Names and dates for two people: Enter person one's name and dates in the Name field, and person two's name and dates in the Date field. We'll handle the layout.

Names only (no dates): You can enter both names together in the Name field.

Good to know: There's no character limit, but the more text you enter, the smaller it will appear. We take great care setting up every order so it looks its best.

No — gift messages are printed on a 3.5" × 2" card affixed to the outside of the gift box. They are not engraved on the item itself.

Because the card is small, short and sweet messages work best for readability.

For photo items, following these tips will give you the best finished product. We will only contact you about a photo if we genuinely cannot use it — which is rare.

  1. Don't crop your photo. Send us the full image and let us crop to fit. If you send a cropped photo, part of the subject's head or face may be cut off — especially on heart-shaped items.
  2. Multiple people in the photo = multiple people on the product. If only one person should appear, send a photo of that person only (uncropped).
  3. Photo quality matters. If it looks clear on your screen, it will generally print well. If it looks blurry on your screen, it will print blurry.
  4. Think about the shape of the print area. If the product has a square cutout and you submit a very tall vertical photo, the face may appear very large. An uncropped photo gives us more to work with.
  5. Our design team is experienced and will do their best with every image. If you're unsure about photo quality, try to find a better one — or give us a call.

Our Photo Enhancement service runs your image through a professional AI-powered process that sharpens detail, increases resolution, and optimizes your photo for printing. In some cases we may also remove a busy background or expand the edges to better fit the product's print area.

We recommend adding this if:
  • Your photo was taken on an older camera or scanned from a print
  • The image file is small, or was saved from a website or social media
  • Your photo appears slightly blurry or pixelated when zoomed in
  • You want peace of mind that your finished gift will look its absolute best

Please note that heavily damaged, very dark, or extremely low-resolution photos may still have limitations even with enhancement. If you have concerns, contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to take a look.

Not at all. You can enter just a name, a nickname, or leave fields blank entirely. Personalization is completely up to you.

Just be sure to upload a photo for any items that require one. (Note: we do not print photos for picture frames.)

We're not able to send proofs prior to production. Please review your personalization carefully before placing your order — our site will not show you a live preview.

What we can promise is that we take great care setting up every item, because we want you and your recipient to love it as much as we do.

We use beautiful silver wrapping paper finished with a sheer red ribbon — a classic, elegant presentation for any occasion.

Yes! If you'd like to use a custom poem or your own wording, there is a design set-up fee for our art department to create a custom layout. Please call us to discuss — we'd love to help make it special.
